Full Description
NC91NE 65 978 178.
Centred on NC 977 176, NC 979 177, NC 978 179 and NC 981 180, is rising moorland open to the NE, are four minor field systems of a type usually found asociated with hut circles. They show, in the main, as a scatter of overgrown mounds of stone clearance; occasional lynchets are evident, but cultivation plots are not discernible, nor are any huts.
