Full Description
NC75SW 64 7269 5496.
At NC 7269 5469, in vicinity of hut circle settlement (see NC75SW 32) is a burnt mound. It measures 11m NNE-SSW by 9m and stands 0.9m high; a crescentic depression in SSE side faces a small stream. A heavy over-growth of heather conceals the content.
Surveyed at 1:10,000. Visited by OS (J M) 5 December 1978.
