Full Description
NC92SE 14 9724 2041.
At NC 97242041, on a SW-facing hillside, is a poorly-preserved hut-circle in association with a small field system. The hut remains as a peat-covered platform, 7.0m NW-SE by 6.0m, the NE arc edged with the scarp formed by a slight levelling into the slope; the entrance is no longer apparent. The field system, about 1.5 hectares in area, is shown by a dozen or so stone clearance heaps at closest 15.0m apart; no cultivation plots are discernible. There are one or two outlying field clearance mounds to the E.
