Full Description

Two heather-covered hut circles (A and B respectively).
Hut A is 12.5m E-W by 11.5m N-S within a collapsed wall 0.4m high and spread from 2-3m. The entrance of simple form is in the E arc. Within the hut circle, and sharing a common entrance, is what appears to be a secondary hut, measuring 7.5m N-S by 5.5m E-W within a bank or ruinous wall, 0.3m high and spread to 2m. Across the approach to the entrance is an elongated mound or bank.
Hut B is 8m in diameter within a wall surviving to a height of 0.5m and spread to 3m with a mutilated, widened entrance in E arc. An electricity pole is in centre. Extending from W and NE sides of the hut circle are traces of low sinuous field banks, apparently contemporary, which form a boundary to smooth, stone-free, areas suggestive of former cultivation.
Some 25m N of hut A is a possible platform mutilated by a track, which may be the remains of a third hut circle.
Surveyed at 1:10 000. Visited by OS (N K B) 16 September 1981.
