Full Description
Remains of the farmstead at Ruighmagaig. The site is shown on the OS 1st Edition map as two roofed buildings, the larger to the north being of 'C' configuration with the smaller building immediately to its south, and two small enclosures, the smaller of two shown abutting the western end of the larger building. The foundation remains of the buildings and the larger enclosure are visible on vertical aerial photographs. <1> <2> <3> <4>
A third building is visible on vertical aerial photographs c.65m to the northwest (see MHG65632) and an enclosure to the east may also have been associated (see MHG64092).
