The building has rounded ends, although the gables have been subsequently built up in stone almost to a to take the pitched roof. Within both added gable tops there is a square vent hole. There is a central entrance in the SW wall. Two pairs of crucks are set into the long walls to take the weight of the roof. The structure measures c7m by c3m over walls c0.6m thick. <1>
