Full Description

A walkover survey and desk-based assessment for the National Trust estate at Torridon was carried out by J Wordsworth and J Harden between 1996 and 2002.

Just beyond the limits of the Scots Pine above Torridon House are two mounds c5m in diameter showing as grassy/mossy flushes. It is possible that these are former peat cutting stacks. <1>
