Full Description
A walkover survey and desk-based assessment for the National Trust estate at Torridon was carried out by J Wordsworth and J Harden between 1996 and 2002.
A rectangular drystone structure, measuring c3m by c4m, lies on the east bank of the Alit a' Bhealaich and is aligned cW-E. Its east side it is set into a bank, but otherwise the walls survive up to c1m high and c0.5m wide. The entrance on the west is c0.8m high. On the opposite bank is a two-chambered structure measuring c6rn by c5m over walls c0.5m wide and standing up to c0.5m high. There is a small feature, clm in diameter, in one of these chambers.
