Full Description

A walkover survey and desk-based assessment for the National Trust estate at Torridon was carried out by J Wordsworth and J Harden between 1996 and 2002.

MM describes this point of land as having a 'port' - the boulders having been cleared away from between the high and low tides in the south-facing cove so that a boat could be hauled up. <1>
