The probable township of Dalamein. <1>

A walkover survey and desk-based assessment was undertaken by A Coombs at Dalnamein for the Sutherland Longhouse Project, a community engagement project hosted by Historylinks Museum, Dornoch in 2019-20.

Site 69: In deep heather, a small oval stone wall using the bedrock as one side. Possibly a sheiling hut.

Site 70: In deep heather, a small circular stone wall set into the slope of the hill. Possibly a sheiling hut. <2>
