Full Description

A walkover survey and desk-based assessment was undertaken by J Wordsworth and J Harden at Torridon for the National Trust for Scotland in 1996-2002.

About 30m north of the enclosure and c55m S of the enclosure at TOR028 (MHG64666), is a rectangular drystone structure aligned E/W. It measures c4m by c2m with walls c0.4m high. It is not clear whether this formed part of T0R029 (MHG21352) or TOR028. It is possible it was used in both periods with T0R028 of the sheep farming period being replaced by TOR029. <1>
