Full Description
A rapid walk-over archaeological survey was carried out in 1999 by J. Wordsworth as part of the preparation for a planned Community Woodland in Knoydart.
Site 3: Decayed remnants of robbed out turf walling survive on the approximate line shown. There are very occasional sections of stone facing but it is mostly defined by the cut for the wall and has been mostly robbed out. On reaching the burn there is slight evidence for a return but this was only visible as stone revetting for a 5m stretch. <1>
