Full Description

A rapid walk-over archaeological survey was carried out in 1999 by J. Wordsworth as part of the preparation for a planned Community Woodland in Knoydart. <1>

Site 1: A possible round ended structure 8m by 3m has stones protruding through a rush covered slight hollow. 20m to the E is a mossy area 4m in diameter that may mark a turf walled structure. 17m further to the E is an E/W platform measuring 5m by 2m that might mark a turf walled house. <1>
