A field evaluation walk-over of an area affected by the proposed Woodland Grant Scheme was conducted at Balchladich, Assynt by C. Dagg in 1999.
Site 6: Turf Dyke. Close to the present deer fence, a turf boundary dyke runs SW from the corner of Garbh Loch Beag, then turns SE to run a short distance up the brae before becoming indistinct. <1>
