Full Description
Site of a former poorhouse at Rearquhal, Sutherland. It is shown as three buildings within an area of small fields and labelled 'Poorhouse' on the OS 2nd Edition map, The buildings and fields are show on the OS 1st edition amp but are not labelled. It is not clear which of the two larger buildings was the actual poorhouse. The buildings are still shown and labeleld 'P A Institution' on the OS 5th edition. <1> <2> <3>
