Two enclosures beside the Abhainn Bheag (River Dyke), Forsinard.

The features were seen and recorded during a walkover survey by the University of Edinburgh led by R Mercer in 1977:
DYK 9: Enclosures. On bank of River Dyke.
A. Dimensions: 13m x 3m. Rectangular structure of stone and earth covered with heather and grass.
B. Dimensions: 15m x 7m. Subrectangular structure of earth covered with heather and grass.
Elevation: 114m (375') O.D.
NC 863491. <1>

Given their dimensions these features sound more like the remains of buildings. They are not shown on the historic OS maps and are not visible in vertical aerial photographs. The area of their general location was until recently covered in forestry planatation [IS-L 11/07/2025].
