Full Description
A rapid walk-over survey of a proposed Woodland Grant Scheme application at North Applecross, Wester Ross, was undertaken by C. Dagg.
Site no. C6: Structures, cairns, walling. Immediately to the SW of the river is a section of retaining wall, and behind this is an oval structure aligned N-S, measuring 4.2m by 2.9m, with a spread of stones to the SE. To the SE of this first structure by about 1 lm is a second structure or grouping of structures forming a crescent shape 6.2m in length.<1>
