Full Description

A rapid walk-over survey of a proposed Woodland Grant Scheme application at North Applecross, Wester Ross, was undertaken by C. Dagg.

Site no. L7: Wall and Storage Structures. To the north of the river there is a short rocky gully whose western entrance may have been completely walled across. Remains of this wall are to the north, measuring 2.4m in length, 0.6m wide and 0.9m at its highest. A small storage structure is built into the corner between the wall and the rockface and there is a second rectangular storage structure on the other face of the gully.<1>
