Full Description

A rapid walk-over survey of a proposed Woodland Grant Scheme application at North Applecross, Wester Ross, was undertaken by C. Dagg.

Site no. L4: Cairn. A tall cairn, 1.2m high, with a base of lm tapering to 0.3m at its highest stone, seemingly well built and stable for its dimensions. It stands on top of a boulder and has a clear view of the first cairn, (site no. L3). <1>
