Full Description
The site of the former Direbught Mill at Midmillls, Inverness. The mill is shown on the OS 1st Edition 25 inch map and labelled 'Mid Mills' (Barley). A small mill pond lay immediately adjacent to its southwest corner. By the OS 2nd Edition 25 inch map It had been renamed 'Diriebught Mill' (Corn) and the mill pond had been enlarged. It had been demolished by the publication of the OS 5th edition 1:2500 map in 1964. <1> <2> <3>
