Full Description
Possible shieling huts and enclosures along the Allt Ruigh Ghobhainn. They are not shown on any historic OS mapping and but are visible on vertical aerial photography taken between 2005 ('Millennium Map' series) and 2021. The possible shieling huts lie in an area to the southwest of a known Shepherd's cairn (see MHG64116) at the southerm end of one of the possible enclosures. The enclosures appear to be bounded by earthwork dykes and are on both sides of the river. <1> <2> <3>
