Full Description
A desk-based assessment and rapid walkover survey was conducted in connection with a proposed native pinewood scheme at Auchterteang by J. Wordsworth in 1996.
Site 12: The wall lines shown here are part of a much more extensive enclosure still visible on Aerial Photographs. Though not shown on the earlier OS maps they appear to be part of the settlement at Ruighmagaig shown as still roofed in 1902. The remains lie just outside the proposed WGS boundary. <1>
