Full Description

This site was visited by R. Spencer-Jones and S. North of NoSAS in March 2025.

On the summit of a prominent knoll, just north of the Neaty Burn, this hut circle is densely covered with bracken. 14m diameter, Its walls, up to 0.7m high, were spread to up to 2m. Some stone was identified in the walls. The feature was missed in a walkover survey in 1990, but identified now as a feature on a lidar survey. The entrance is probably in the east. <1>
