Full Description
A small hut circle at Grulin Uachdrach, Eigg. It was recorded by the former RCAHMS in 2002 during a multi-year survey of the whole island.
On heather moorland, about 925m SE of Grulin there is a hut-circle measuring 3.6m in diameter within a stone bank wall 0.2m in height and 1.2m in thickness. Sheltering the entrance in the SE is side is a small baffle wall.

The site is just about visible in vertical aerial photography taken in 2020. <2>
NOTE: This is quite small for a hut circle when compared to those recorded elsewhere across the Highlands [IS-L 25/03/2025].
