Historic Assynt visited this site in October 2015.
Shieling huts: scattered within and outwith two sheiling ground defined by dykes a number of shieling huts in small clusters around each grid ref. Those at 23277 12540 utilising an outcrop and stone from the nearby cairn, one at *23436 1269 built into the dyke and measuring 3.5 x 2.5m with more fragmentary possible remains at 23350 12666 adjoining outcrops. The best surviving huts appear larger than many in Assynt but are similar to those Bad na Cleithe which like these are within the 18th century bounds of Ledbeg farm. <1>
