Full Description
A building photographic survey was undertaken by R. Spencer-Jones of NoSAS of Inchberry Farm, Lentran. The author also carried out considerable research into the history of the settlement and produced the report, "Inchberry – a settlement, a farm, a steading and a family". It was initiated by the discovery that the walls of a gallery at the back
of the farm steading contain a fine collection of graffiti dating back to WWII, if not WWI. The author subsequently widened his interest to include the previous settlements that had been on this land, the development of Inchberry Farm, the construction of animpressive steading, and the remarkable family that farmed here from 1860 to 1935. <1>
