Full Description

A walkover survey at Culligran was undertaken by R. Spencer-Jones and S. North of NoSAS in January 2025

Site HC01: On a prominent platform, overlooking a steep south-facing slope of birch wood, a small round structure measuring 5 metres diameter is identifiable at the lip of the platform. The southern segment of the round structure is identifiable as a curve of 5-6 set stones, up to 0.4m high. The northern back segment is deficient. <1>

The feature is visible on SEPA LiDAR data. <2>
