Full Description
A walkover survey was undertaken at Strathglass and Strathfarrar by Roland Spencer-Jones and Steve North of NoSAS between 2021 and 2024.
Shieling settlement:
Site S21. On edge of field with sites S21-25, just above burn with low turf walls of maybe previous shieling. Wall more prominent west end and parallel to and close to S28.
Site S22. On edge of field with sites S21-25, just above burn with low turf walls of maybe previous shieling. Wall more prominent west end and parallel to and close to S27.
