The building measures 11m x 5m overall and has two timber lined rooms with many of the original fittings still surviving although some are in are in poor condition; a masonry and metal boiler with brick built chimney, four sinks with a channel leading to a drain beneath, fitted cupboards or “presses” and cast iron stoves. There is also an assorted collection of debris comprising old beds, defunct heaters, wooden boxes(?pheasant rearing) and tables.
