Full Description
A curling pond was noted during an HET visit to the surrounding area on 16 January 2014. It appears on the 2nd edition OS map, but not on the 1st edition. There was some paint and wooden bumpers remaining on the ponds, and the associated shelter looked to be in relatively good condition. No other information was known at the time of the visit, though the site was located on Am Baile. Following the visit, the HET was informed by Cllr Donnie Kerr that the rink was owned by the Highland Curling Club (formerly the Inverness Curling Club) who may have used it as late as 2012. <1>
