A desktop survey was undertaken by Stuart Farrell for an area of proposed new woodland in August 2009. Site 15; Unroofed building of 2 compartments on latest OS. Not shown on 1st or 2nd edition OS maps. Marked as unroofed of 2 compartments on 1:10,560 of 1964. <1>
The building is visible on vertical aerial photographs. <2>
It may have been part of a wider township - see MHG13174
