Full Description
NM48NE 8 4606 8761.
At NM 4606 8761 is a circular stone-walled hut with an overall diameter of 7.5m. One possible inner facing stone in the S gives a wall thickness at this point of 1.0m. The entrance 0.8m wide in the ESE is flanked on either side by a boulder.
Immediately outside the hut in the E is a rectangular stone-walled construction measuring about 9.5m NE-SW by 2.5m which may be contemporary with the hut. There is no trace of contemporary cultivation.
Surveyed at 1/2500 and 1/10,000.
