Report on the condition of the House.
Letter from the Duchess of Bedford to MacKintosh of MacKintosh.
She asks MacKintosh to have Kincraig examined as it is in a very bad state and suggests that he brings an architect who could give an estimate for the repairs required and for additions needed before the Duchess could live there.

Report of the repairs required for mason, slater and plumber work at Kincraig. It includes replacement of lead sheeting on the staircase, behind the pediment and on the wings.
