Full Description

NH34SE 4 3855 4176.

Situated W of the round houses described on NH34SE 3, at an altitude of c.185m OD, is a round house, c.12m in diameter between wall tops. The wall survives to a height of 0.4m to 0.5m and is spread to c.1m. The entrance, in the SE, is c.1.5m wide. There is a possible cultivation terrace nearby.

A walkover survey was undertaken at Strathglass and Strathfarrar by Roland Spencer-Jones and Steve North of NoSAS between 2021 and 2024.

Site HC11. On a prominent flat platform, obscured by bracken, are sparse stone walls up to 0.5m. Probable entrance in south, 1m wide. <1>
