Situated on the S side of a natural knoll is a building and an adjacent enclosure attached to its W side. The building measures 6.6m from N to S by 3.3m transversely within rubble-faced walls 1.2m in thickness and 0.8m in height. Its angles are rounded at the N end and square at the S end and the wall on the E side is thicker than the rest, whilst both side walls display a slight curve, all of which suggest that it has been rebuilt. The enclosure measures 36m from E to W by 14m transversely; its bank runs along the top of the knoll and thence down at the end of the knoll to return along the edge of the boggy ground to the S.
