Two structures (possibly shieling-huts), situated in an area of rock outcrops below a broad terrace on a SW-facing slope, were recorded during a pre-afforestation survey of Rahoy Estate. The larger structure measures 4m across within a stony boulder-bank measuring 0.8m in width and 0.2m in height. There is an entrance on the NE. The smaller structure, measuring 1m across, lies about 30m to the WSW. It appears to have been constructed over (and robbed) an earlier structure measuring 3m across and built against a rock outcrop.
