Two clearance cairns, situated on a broad terrace above Slochd Beag, were recorded during a pre-afforestation survey on the Rahoy Estate. Each measures about 3m in diameter and 0.5m in height and is composed of larger stones around the edge with smaller stones (up to 300mm by 300mm by 100mm) inside. On the basis of a change in the vegetation, the cairns lie in an area of old improved pasture; no clear evidence of rigs could be discerned.
