An enclosure, a clearance cairn, and eight small stone structures, situated 300m NE of Loch nam Breac, were was recorded during a pre-afforestation survey of Drumbeg Common Grazings. The enclosure, which measures 130m by 80m within an earth- and stone bank spread up to 2m in width and standing up to 1.4m in height. It is depicted on Home's Plan of the farm of Loch Beanoch - Nedd- Dunbeg and Culkein with a shieling and pasture belonging to Auchnagaran (1775) which identifies it as a shieling. Within the enclosure there are eight structures appearing as pairs and are defined by either single or double lines of stone Typically, they each measure 1m by 1.2m internally. In addition, there is a single clearance cairn, measuring 3m in diameter and 0.4m in height.
