Oblique aerial photographs (RCAHMSAP 1995) have revealed an area of cropmarks, 300m NE of Darris farmsteading. The most distinct cropmark is a half circular feature with a diameter of about 10-15m. There are also a number of pits, linear features and other indeterminate cropmarks in the surrounding area. There is no obvious connection between these cropmarks and the supposed site of a chapel here (NH63NW 6).
