Barr. Remains of 4 houses, now under forest. Occupied by 1755; Barr house occupied till c.1930.

A farmstead comprising one unroofed building, two roofed buildings and a sheepfold is depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Argyllshire 1875, sheet xl). One roofed building with two attached enclosures and another enclosure of five compartments are shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10000 map (1974).
