What may be a township comprising two unroofed buildings lying approximately 130m apart is depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Argyllshire 1875, sheet v), but it is not shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10000 map (1974). The modern road A830 now runs through this site.
