NH43NE 32 4616 3584
An unusually-shaped plantation, defined by a drystone-dyke, was noted during a pre-afforestation survey of Eskadale Moor. The enclosure, which is shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10000 map (1975) is rectangular with concave walls. A similar plantation bank lies to the E at NH c.4710 3590 (NH43NE new).
