Full Description
NH63NE 21 6805 3503.
(NH 6801 3501) 'Above the gravel pit at Beachan and just near the smallest field is a burial or so.
(NH 6805 3504) On the edge of the larger field to north-east is the remains of a dwelling.
Information from Major C J Shaw 5 Feburary 1962.
At NH 6801 3501 is an obvious stone clearance heap and no evidence of any burials were seen. At NH 6807 3504 are the foundations of a rectangular building c. 13.5m x 4.5m.
