These two subrectangular huts lie some 60m apart amongst a series of narrow terraces cultivated with lazy-beds (NG20NE 109.05). The leading edges of the terraces are defined by rocky crags and both huts are tucked into the foot of such rock outcrops, using these to form one side. They are almost identical in size, the western measuring 1.9m from NW to SE by 1.5m within a stony bank spread up to 1m in thickness and 0.4m in height; the other (NG 2608 0547) is aligned from NNW to SSE.
(Canna 881-2).
Visited by RCAHMS (ARG), 11 April 1995.
