A group of seven huts lies at the foot of a crag on the NE side of Cnoc Bhrostan. Two are defined by stony banks, one as a low spread mound, and the others by earthen banks. Of the two with stony banks, both of which are subrectangular, the larger measures 5.1m from NE to SW by 4.2m transversely within a bank 1.1m in thickness and 0.8m in height; on its NE side there is a low spread bank, which may belong to an earlier structure. Of those defined by earthen banks, which are circular and subrectangular, the largest has the appearance of a low grass-grown mound with a dished interior; subrectangular on plan, it measures 5.6m from E to W by 5.1m transversely within a grass-grown bank 0.9m in thickness and 0.4m in height.
(Canna 327-333).
