Two stony mounds, possibly burial cairns, are situated on a hillside to the WNW of the palisaded enclosure on Sidhean Mor Dail a' Chaorainn. While not lying in a prominent position, the cairns command extensive views to the S and SW over Glen Banchor. The W cairn (KING95 749) is trapezoidal, measuring 4m from NE to SW along the SE side, tapering to 3.5m along the NW side, by 3.5m transversely and 0.5m in height. The corners and sides of the cairn are defined by large stones but there has been some recent disturbance of the flattish top. An amorphous stony mound to the ENE may be a further cairn.
