This farmstead which is situated on a terrace about 225m SE of Ballachroan farmsteading, comprises a partly robbed building at the corner of an enclosure. The building measures 11.8m from ENE to WSW by 5m transversely over grass-grown earthen banks, 0.3m high and 1.5m thick, and there is an entrance in the SSE. There is a shallow scoop some 6.4m long to the WSW, which may be a midden or a robbed extension to the building.
