NH53SW 21 503 319.
At NH 503 319, on the east bank of a burn at the edge of a field system (See NH 53 SW 11), is a turf-covered horse-shoe shaped burnt mound.
A trial excavation by Mr J Younie, (Mr J Younie, farmer, Garbeg) who discovered the mound, revealed a content of small, heat-stained and friable stones.
