Full Description

N side of plantation beside the road carries the remains of a degraded plantation bank c3m in from the road. Has an avenue of trees beside it that indicate it must have been in place over 100yrs ago plus. Traces of large local stones remain in places. In area of Cloutie well no bank as the mound reaches the edge of the lay by but starts to the W of this and then appears to run the full length of the wood to the stream - HAW 4/2004
