Full Description
There has now been an extension to the building that must overlie this location. Lies on a terraced hill over the firth. Heap of large cobbles to the NE of the bulding, but unlikely to be the remains of the hut. Possible that could be below ground associated deposits due to the hill slope etc - HAW 4/2004
Encampments (remains of). 4 circular features marked on 1st ed OS, this lies immed E of the farmstead - HAW 3/2004
